ABG Inc., the North American subsidiary of digital finishing equipment manufacturer, A B Graphic International (ABG), has recently relocated to new larger premises close to their previous site in Elgin, IL, USA. The move, which comes as a result of ongoing and significant demand for ABG’s finishing equipment, provides over 26,000 square feet of capacity, with increased office space for administration and service staff, as well as a large display room to welcome customers.

ABG opened their USA office 25 years ago this year. The operation has since grown steadily, with over 40 staff now being responsible for both the North American and Canadian finishing markets. The growth of the ABG portfolio over the last two decades means that it can offer a wider variety of products for the international finishing market, to include more digital options such as the DigiLase and DigiJet. ABG’s acquisition of Spanish converting equipment manufacturer, Enprom Solutions, in 2019 has also seen the addition of smart shrink sleeve machines and non-stop winding solutions to expand their offering. 

Commenting on the expansion, ABG’s CEO, Richard Knight says, “With this year being the 25th anniversary of our North American office, I’m delighted to see ABG Inc. going from strength to strength over the last two decades.

“The sustained growth and investment into this region shows that we recognize how important it is to provide a trusted ‘local’ service to the North American and Canadian market. ABG Inc. is exhibiting on Booth 3223 at Labelexpo Americas 2022, held on 13 – 15 September 2022, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Chicago, and will also use the opportunity to mark the 25th anniversary milestone.
